Are you a hoops fan looking for a home to watch NCAA college basketball in Barcelona? CocoVail Beer Hall is your destination.
We put on college basketball games throughout the season, especially when the NCAA college football and NFL seasons come to a close. It’s one of the best sports competitions the world has to offer. For basketball purists it simply doesn’t get any better.
We will play as many March Madness games as possible. Below are all of the games that are on during our hours of operation.

We accept reservations for groups of 6 or more. We strongly recommend making a reservation for any game you would like to see ahead of time. While the NBA season has the razzle-dazzle and the overall showmanship with unbelievable athletes, college basketball maintains the team game with excitement and unpredictability. The fact of the matter is that many of these athletes are still teenagers, and therefore demonstrate a lot of the growing pains we all feel during moments of our lives on the court. Watching a truly great game of college basketball is almost unparalleled compared to other sporting events because of this distinct factor.
College basketball also offers one of the best sporting spectacles in the world, March Madness. We believe it’s important to have a taste of home, especially if you happen to be a student studying abroad in Barcelona.

During the month of March and into April, we also make sure to put on as many March Madness games as possible. It’s the apex of college basketball competition. We would not miss it for the world.
In 2018, for the first time, we saw a 16-seed knock out a 1-seed. We won’t rub salt on the wound, Virginia, but seriously, Virginia, what the heck happened? Okay, we won’t bring it up again. It’s not like it was the first time it ever happened in the history of the competition.
Aside from that moment, there are constant buzzer-beaters and games leaving you on the edge of your seat till the final countdown. Even the NBA players and basketball veterans stop to watch the games, as there is a special vibe to the whole tournament that is second-to-none.
